Meat Free Monday - 3 Bean Chilli

So its meat free Monday! But who feels like slaving away making a meal that takes hours of preparation? Instead we made a delicious 3 Bean Chilli! Total time to plate was probably around 20 minutes and with such a few ingredients it was super easy to make. We used 1 x red onion, a pack of mini mushrooms, some chilli, cumin, massala and seasoning, 3 different canned beans and a tomato sauce (store bought). Yum!
