crush Oreos and then mix in the cream cheese

roll into bite size balls and refrigerate until they are firm

melt milk, white or dark chocolate and carefully coat each ball

this was JP's first try ... he was better at crushing the cookies ...

Finally, place the chocolates into the fridge to set once again. You can also melt chocolate and decorate the tops with chocolate swirls or something fancy.

When we tried these at a Christmas party JP fell in love with them so I knew I had to make him some for his birthday party. I switched up the recipe and did one batch of blonde Oreos as well as the original. I also tried using milk and white chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
