my first cake!

JP was shocked to find out that at age 27 this was the first cake I have ever made by myself.

He shouldn't be shocked though, I am no domestic goddess ... but this was a pretty yummy cake for a first try. The super cheap impulse buy from our shopping trip made a wonderful topping. Mmmm cookie dough!!
