Rock the Road

This Sunday JP and I will participate in the 10km run here in London, Ontario. I registered us for this race just after my triathlon in Taiwan and felt that we would both be in great shape for this run. BUT, since the move to Canada and all of the work we have been doing with moving, finding jobs, and helping out the family we have somehow forgot to run. AT ALL. So, Sunday could be an interesting and most likely painful day.
