Slow Cooker Venison Roast

WHAT YOU NEED

3 poundish boneless venison roast

1 large onion, sliced

Some chopped mushrooms

Some chopped Carrots

A good section of minced garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon

Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

WHAT TO DO

Brown off the meat in a pan. Take it out and in the same pan, sweat the onions, mushies, garlic and carrots. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, add some water if you like. Put everything in the slow cooker. Cook on Low setting for 6 hours.
